The arbitration clause recommended by ARBITAC is as follows:

"All disputes arising out of or in connection
 with the present contract shall be finally
settled by Arbitration, in accordance with
Brazilian Federal Law 9.307/96 and
with the Arbitration Rules
of the  Arbitration and Mediation Center
of the Parana Chamber of Commerce  - ARBITAC,
by one or more arbitrators appointed who will be
nominated in accordance with those Rules."
